Our Managing Director, Gordon Malcolm, is a highly experienced and personable finance professional with over two decades of corporate banking and asset backed lending expertise, earned through working for and with, the high street banks and alternative lenders respectively.

We can support anything from business critical asset purchases to a company acquisition, and whilst the majority of our client mandates are debt focussed, we do work with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms as well as acquisitive corporates, who can offer an alternative capital solution.

We offer competitive terms for ''vanilla'' asset & invoice financing, however, where we stand apart is our success rate in securing the nuanced, non-recourse growth capital & structured debt financing. Delivering on the latter, especially where our clients have been let down by their incumbent lender or adviser, gives us the most satisfaction.
